Sell your Florida home with a licensed professional beside you
From the first pricing conversation to the closing table — listing, showings, offers, inspections and paperwork, explained in plain words.

How we help
Selling a home in Florida takes more than a sign in the yard. The price comes from recent comparable sales, offers arrive with inspection and financing contingencies, and insurance, flood and association questions come up before closing. Tell us about your home and Premier Real Estate Group Inc or a licensed real-estate agent we refer you to will walk you through it.
- A comparative market analysis built from recent nearby sales, so the list price is grounded in the market.
- Preparing the home: which repairs are worth doing, which to skip, and what buyers' inspectors usually look at.
- Marketing the listing and scheduling showings around your life.
- Reviewing offers side by side: price, deposit, financing, contingencies and closing date.
- Inspection, appraisal and repair negotiations after an offer is accepted.
- Coordinating with the title company or closing attorney through closing day.
Florida questions sellers get asked
Buyers and their insurers often ask for a four-point inspection and a wind-mitigation report on older homes, and the flood zone and flood-insurance history come up early. In a condominium or HOA community, the association's documents and approval process are part of the sale — and for condo buildings three stories or taller, so are the milestone inspection and structural integrity reserve study records.
Nobody can honestly promise a sale price or a closing date. What we can do is explain the process, the paperwork and your choices, so you decide with the full picture.
Selling questions, answered
- How is the list price decided?
- With a comparative market analysis: recent sales of similar homes nearby, adjusted for size, condition and features, plus what is listed and pending right now. The final price is always your decision.
- Do I need to make repairs before listing?
- Not always. Some repairs help a home sell; others cost more than they return. In Florida, insurance-related items such as roof age, the electrical panel and plumbing type can matter, so it helps to know what an inspector will see before a buyer does.
- How long does it take to sell?
- It depends on price, condition, location, the season and how the buyer is paying. No one can promise a timeline, but you'll know each step — listing, showings, offer, inspection period, appraisal and closing — and what comes next.
- What does it cost to sell?
- Commission and closing costs are agreed in writing in your listing agreement before anything is listed, and commission is negotiable. Ask and every line will be explained before you sign.
